Many of my fellow Honourary Canadians might wonder why a woman born in Vancouver would ever give up her actual Canadian citizenship to become American. To be honest, there have been times when I've asked myself the same question, and thought that my decision was akin to selling my soul to Satan. Learning how to live and survive within such an alien culture has been daunting to say the least, and I've often felt, surviving amongst such a barbaric and strange people, that I would have been wiser to have set my goals lower. For converting Americans to the Canadian Way is infinitely more difficult than converting a more civilized people, like head hunters in Oceana for example, or Londons east enders.

It helped that the first Americas I encountered were those in Berkeley, across from San Francisco, as they were predisposed to accept the Canadian Way despite their skepticism regarding the existence of alien concepts like 'winter' and 'snow'...( 'ice' they understand because The Great One showed them the sublime nature of Hockey in a village pronounced, "Eall Eh" in Canadian). But after I overcame the Californians initial fear that I was a spy sent by one of the tribes of their mortal enemies, a people called "New Yorkers" I found them easy to convert (apparently they are even more terrified of the Tribes called "Southerners", especially "Texans", but it is only "New Yorkers" that are able to command the Californians to work five days a week, which to Californians is more terrible than being killed by "Texans" or the "Southerners" adherence to biological definitions of gender, but to the Californians the concept of "evil" is closely associated with speaking directly and labor of any sort). Had my first experience with Americans been with "Bostonians", whom I came to know at "Harvard", I would have surely returned to BC and given up my Missionary Calling, for although this Tribe of Americans accepts part of the Canadian Way, they are actually better known by their other Tribal name, "Yankees".

Yes, it's true. I spent over three years there and survived the dread "Yankees". What Canadian can help but shudder in horror and rage at the thought of Yankees. Learning of their heresy and devilish ways as a child in Canada I believed I was prepared, but the truth is that our Canadian histories are no substitute for first hand experience. The Yankees are actually PROUD to have betrayed and rebelled against Our Divine Monarchs in England, and think the existence of a State called Maine and obviously doctored "treaties" between themselves and Great Britain "proves" their laughable claim to have won the war of 1812! The Yankee propaganda would be quite funny if they didn't brainwash their children with it, as they actually have the gall to claim that British Canadians are descended from former American colonial Tory Loyalists forced to flee after the Colonial Rebellion. They have no concept of a subjects Loyalty to their Ordained Monarch, and reject the obvious logic of being ruled by those who are Naturally superior by Right of Birth. In their perverted, heretical view they cannot see the honour in being granted the right to self government by one's Lord and King, or the Royal Wisdom of changing the Empire to Commonwealth, nor our Canadian Love for the Crown and Country (the Greatest Empire of History), nor our eagerness to lay down our lives to advance the greater Glory of Britain (which the Yankees pretend has yet to pay back debts from WWII). Yet I endured (using St. George as my guide and substituting America for the Dragon), and mastered their ways.

Now I am the Governor of the American State of Michigan, a position from which I am slowly Canadianizing over 9 million Americans, but at the cost of my 'official' Canadian citizenship. But if the reader is from Ontario, know that your industrial sludge and Toronto's municpal sewage can be trucked into America and dumped without any fear of persecution in my State, and that every time a toilet flushes in Ottawa there's a good chance the product will end up in a State or National park in the States! Canadians have no reason to risk lead contaminating the water their children drink... Think Detroit! And once I raise the taxes on alcohol and tobacco, Americans in the thousands will be forced to buy their poisons from Canada! (Don't worry, the Beer Store lines won't get longer anywhere but Windsor). The list of benefits is endless.

I heard the Call to spread the Word, to teach these barbarian Whig Americans the Canadian Way, and have sacrificed for the land of my birth. So forgive me, Canada, for I have not foresaken you. The dream of Trotsky might not have worked elsewhere, but the Canadian mode of dialectical materialism is alive and well. History is on our side Canada.
